e:Clays DISTRIBUTION ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join our fast-paced Distribution team. The key duties include the following: Inputting of data correctly and efficiently Communicating with both internal and external customers Booking in deliveries with our customer warehouses Planning daily deliveries The following experience and skills will be required in this role: A meticulous and thorough approach to work Strong verbal and written communication skills An ability to multi-task with good time-management and organisational skills to meet deadlines. Working knowledge of IT systems, MS Office and Outlook Knowledge of distribution and logistic is preferable, but not essential. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, working 37.5 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, with one hour for lunch. The role is based in our Bungay Office.
