We specialise in insuring commuter vehicles and when social isolation is eased we expect to be even busier than we were before! We're a successful telephone- and web-based insurance broker with offices near Diss station and in central Thetford. We're recruiting for our lively and friendly lexham insurance customer contact areas. You must have good telephone skills to quote, sell and administer insurance and provide a great overall service to our clients. You must also be reliable, accurate and able to use a PC and learn quickly. No experience is required as we provide full taining.We also offer apprenticeships. No cold calling is involved. You'll work a 5-day week, with a 3-shift weekday pattern between 8am & 8pm, and alternate Saturdays (9.30-4.30 with a weekday off in lieu).
