We offer housing and support to vulnerable and disadvantaged people. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Pathway Team, in delivering a high quality service to people who are street homeless, nsecurely housed or in danger of losing their accommodatin. You will be responsible for delivering support services to single homeless people that are living with complex issues, often unsheltered in Great Yarmouth. You w have a good understanding of the challenges faced by our service users and the skills and ability to support people with complex needs.
