These training positions are offered as permanent, full-time posts to support the development of the quality of education in the College. The primary focus will be to develop the skills required for the teaching of the above subjects, but the trainees will be required to cover other subjects according to College needs. Access to the Teachers Pay Scale once qualified £24,098 - £39,329* *SFCA qualified teacher scale, terms and conditions, pay award pending. Essential requirements: Educated to degree level in a relevant subject. GCSE Maths & English at grade C or above (or equivalent Level 2 qualifications).
