Partnerships in Care is a British provider of mental health and social care services. We offer a wide range of individually tailored care to suit various needs including both long and short term (respite) residential and nursing care, specialist dementia care for those living with various forms of cognitive impairment, rehabilitation programmes, day care services and end of life care. There are various types of care offered: Nursing Services Within two of the homes twenty four hour nursing care is provided to clients by our fully qualified nursing team. This type of care is required for clients with complex nursing needs, those requiring specialist end of life care and those living with Dementia whose care requires nursing input. Residential Services Four of our homes offer residential care to clients, this type of care involves personal care such as meeting hygiene needs and ensuring nutritional needs are met. Rehabilitation Services Within our purpose built 12 bedded rehabilitation centre at Hazell Court, Sudbury and within Risby Park near Bury St Edmunds we work with the NHS to provide rehabilitation services. This service is accessed through Healthcare Professionals referring suitable individuals for placement. An average stay within a rehabilitation bed is two weeks, during this time Therapists work with individuals to reach their goals. Dementia Services All of our homes have registration to care for clients living with dementia. We very much work on enabling those living with a dementia to carry on with the life skills which they have through the identification of meaningful activity for each individual. Staff have regular training in how to best care for this group of clients and the homes offer a safe environment in which to feel secure and valued.
