TELESALES RA CUSTOMER LACONS SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE T TARMOUTH Lacons The Multi Winning Brewer are seeking a EST 1760 Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.00pm) and alternate Saturday mornings BASED AT OUR LOWESTOFT DISTRIBUTION CENTRE BREWER Duties to include calling existing and prospect customers, processing orders, upselling of products and promotions, and general office duties. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD BE: - Experienced and confident dealing with customers via telephone. - Experience of a customer service/sales environment. Able to work pro-actively as part of a dynamic team, within a busy department. Willing and able to learn new skills and adapt. Competent in the use of computers.
