They willhave significant business leader experience wit an understanding of human resources, IT, finance,accounting, project management and succession planning. A background in the armed forces,legal, financial, industry, commerce or public service would all offer significant skill mixes. A soundunderstanding of education and curriculum development although relevant is not essential.These positions are on a voluntary basis and require stamina and commitment.
