RESIDENTIAL LETTINGS ASSISTANT- PART TIME- PERMANENT A fantastic opportunity to join our Norwich Residential team. The role involves assisting the Lettings Manager in a variety of duties involved in the day to day running of a busy department. This will include carrying out viewings & property visits, liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors and day to day property management administration. Previous experience of residential lettings would be an advantage as would a full driving licence, as this role will involve travel. We are looking for a friendly, confident, team player who enjoys a varied daily schedule and is capable of working on their own initiative. PROPERTY/ CLIENT ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT - FULL TIME PERMANENT Due to the need to expand our Client Accounts team at our Norwich office, we are looking for an individual who has experience of working in an Accounts or Client Accounts function. Ideally with a knowledge of data inputting, budgeting, reporting and year-end reconciliations; as well as the setting-up of new clients and service charge schedules. The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, be organised and personable. Good IT skills and knowledge of the property management system "Qube" would be an advantage but full training will be given if necessary. Closing date for applications: Friday 27 September 2019.
