REDWINGS Redwings the charity is a provider of everyday care for over 1,500 horses and donkeys at ten centres across the UK, including five Visitor Centres. In addition we have around 500 horses out on loan in private homes. Volunteer Coordinator Head Office, Hapton, Norwich 2 days per week Permanent position Salary £6,559.80 per annum rising to £6,715.80 (based on £16,399.50/£16,789.50 FTE) following successful completion of probationary period. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to support the HR & Development Manager coordinate volunteers at Redwings. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships to take volunteering within Redwings to new levels. You will work closely with all departments to ensure the delivery of a successful volunteer programme whilst also supporting the day to day needs of volunteers. The role will include data entry, supporting the recruitment process of volunteers by responding to volunteer queries, collating application forms and organising interviews You will have experience of coordinating volunteers, working with community groups and possess the ability to enthuse and motivate volunteers. You will be able to persuade and influence volunteers and staff and be a confident team player with a flexible and personable approach required. welfare and Redwings values.
