Health Care Assistant We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our nursing team, working alongside our Practice Nurses, Phlebotomist and Nurse Practitioner as well as the wider clinical team The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence, good IT skills and be a team player. They will have a desire to develop their practical skills within the changing landscape of General Practice to safely meet patient's needs. A background in the health care arena is essential with a full training package and induction programme to meet the range of responsibilities of the role, all linked to the core standards within the national Care Certificate. The role is up to full time Monday to Friday. The Practice is keen to support the successful candidate with their professional development including options linked to the Nurse Associate programme.
