In this exciting new role, the post-holder will be employed as a trainee Operations Manager, working towards the Level 5 Operations/Department Manager occupational standards. The post-holder will gain experience across the full range of Bursary activities in a busy school environment, and attend College one day per week for the duration of the apprenticeship to support their achievement of a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification. This is a fixed term appointment, for the duration of the apprenticeship.
