Abel sales Negotiator Experienced Homes Required Abel Homes are recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to be based at its Mattishall development for an immediate start on a permanent 4-day week contract Abel Homes are an award winning, family-owned independent housebuilder with a number of developments across Norfolk. Following continued growth and success within the housing sector, the company is looking to add a new Sales Negotiator to the team to facilitate further expansion within the area Responsibilities and duties include e Respond to telephone and email enquiries about properties and book viewings Answer telephone calls from new and existing customers Liaise with customers face to face, and providing guided tours of new homes Uploading customers onto the system and keeping them updated Constantly managing database of customers, calling and keeping them updated at all times Learning and retaining a large amount of information about every development to educate the potential buyers Manage the sales valuations diary Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met Maintaining administrative records Essential Skills e Excellent verbal and written communication skills e Confident to deal with customers e Excellent customer care skills Previous experience within New homes sales Well presented and aware of brand image Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel Working hours: 9:30am to 4:30pm, Friday to Monday Salary: To be advised upon application Closing date: Friday 28th September 2018 For more information or to apply for this position, please contact Clare Cornish on 01953 884486 or send your CV to clare@abelhomes.co.uk
