A position has arisen at its successful Swans Nest' development in Swaffham and provides an excellent opportunity, for the right person, to work at this busy, flagship site. Responsibilities and duties include: .Meet and Greet clients to the development To promote the company and its properties, leading to an excellent sales record Liaise with customers and accompany viewings Respond to telephone and email enquiries Manage the customer database and keep clients up-to-date of releases To be knowledgeable about all Abel Homes development and to cross sell these Maintaining administrative records and to complete reservation paperwork Essential Skills: Previous experience within New Homes sales Excellent customer care .
