Experienced el sales Negotiator Homes Required Abel Homes are recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to be based at its Watton Green development, for an immediate start on a permanent 5-day week contract Abel Homes are an award winning, family-owned independent housebuilder with a number of developments across Norfolk. A position has arisen at its Hares Green' development in Watton Green and provides an excellent opportunity, for the right person, to work at this relatively new site Responsibilities and duties include: e Meet and Greet clients to the development e To promote the company and its properties, leading to an excellent sales record Liaise with customers and accompany viewings Respond to telephone and email enquiries Manage the customer database and keep clients up-to-date of releases e To be knowledgeable about all Abel Homes development and to cross sell these Maintaining administrative records and to complete reservation paperwork Essential Skills: Previous experience within New Homes sales preferred e Excellent customer care Excellent verbal and written communication e Well-presented . Confident to deal with customers Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships e Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel Working hours: 9:30am to 4:30pm, Thursday to Monday.
