Actual salary in range £20,600.06 up to £22,672.68 The Chef Manager wll provide strong leadership and support for their team to make fresh, delicious and nutritious food, locally sourced as much as possible, for our students and staff. They will create menus to support healthy lifestyles in our cafeteria throughout the moming and lunch and as part of our self-service catering provision. The post holder will maintain high standards of hygiene, safe working practices, customer service and cost effective use of resources.
