Progress Manager The postholder will be responsible for reviewing, developing and enhancing the student experience cross-college. They will oversee services for students, agree any changes to programmes of study, provide progression guidance and advise on university, employment and apprenticeship routes. The postholder will have up to 2 blocks of teaching per week. Degree (or equivalent) and teaching qualification essential. Permanent, full time, SFCA terms and conditions. Salary range £38,395 - £41,091. Progress Tutor The post holder will be required to work in all matters relating to attendance, behaviour and welfare in order to encourage the highest levels of support for students. They will also be responsible for a number of Progress Groups, delivering core content and participating in planning and preparation. GCSE Maths, English and Level 3 qualifications essential. Permanent, full time, circa 12 weeks holiday. Actual salary range £16,784 - £20,689.
