Actual salary in range £55,482 - £59,574* 7 weeks holiday entitlement plus bh/statutory days. *SFCA leadership scale, terms and conditions, pay award pending The post holder will have a key role in the College, and work as part of the Executive Team by contributing to all aspects of leadership, with a focus on strong financial and management accounting leadership. They will take a full part in the general life of the Trust's community and encourage staff and students to follow this example. Essential requirements: Professional accounting qualification e.g. ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA. Management experience in a financial context. Experience of successfully empowering and developing staff.
