Actual salary in range £55,482- E59,574 The postholder will focus on the student support experience, voice and engagement for the College. They will be an active member of the Executive Team, taking a lead for all matters related to student support, safeguarding and wellbeing. They will also seek to work with key stakeholders in the organisation and extemal partners. The postholder will have a key outward facing role and have significant influence over the wider development and leadership of the whole College. Essential requirements: Honours Degree (2:1 or above) A recognised teaching qualification Leadership qualifications, evidence of training or willingness to undertake training.
