Actual salary in range £28,242 - £30,894 The post holder will work as part of the Additional Leaming Support Team to support the College's mission as an educational and socially inclusive College and to provide a support service that is adaptive, responsive, and is recognised as good to outstanding. The focus will be on High needs Leamers and their academic support at Level 3/A level. Essential requirements: Relevant Level 4 or above qualification (which required a minimum of 6 months' workplace practice) in either Communication & Interaction or Cognition and Leaming Level 4 or above Education or Training award Degree in Subject Specialism GCSE Maths and GCSE English at Grade Cor above or equivalent at Level 2.
